SPECIALS 2008
Father Christmas will be visiting the
railway on the four weekends before Christmas. The dates for 2008 are:

Saturday & Sunday, 6 & 7
December. |
Each fare
paying Child receives a gift from Father Christmas in the Whistle Inn, whilst
adults receive mince pies and glasses of sherry during the train journey there.
Trains
operate everyday noted above at half hourly intervals from 11.00am to 4.00pm,
with the last train leaving the Whistle Inn around 4.30pm.
Fares
are the same for both adults and children.
Booked fares are £5.50 for the first four days, and £6.50 for the final
four days

are being taken now. Call our shop 1100
– 1730 weekdays on 01495-792263 with your credit card for quick and convenient
booking. If you are unable to book by
credit card, but wish to use email, email us at

your home phone number. We’ll call you
back and take your details over the phone
If you cannot email call our shop, leave your address details and we’ll send
you a booking form by post
If all else fails call in at the shop at 13a Broad Street, Blaenavon, and we’ll
arrange the booking on the spot – you can also browse through the shop at our
models and get ideas for Christmas presents!.
Booking
is strongly recommended, places are strictly limited, and some unbooked
passengers were disappointed last year.
If
we have any remaining seats, fares for 'pay on the day' passengers are £6.50 for the first
four days and £7.50 otherwise.
